Treble have made using OEM specific customized android version a lot easier. They are still not perfect port but for a treble enabled device, but they are usable. So here I am releasing a treble based MiRoom Pie for Moto G5 Plus. Previously I have also shared OxygenOS Pie , OxygenOS Oreo and other Oreo based MIUI Roms for G5 Plus which you check by going on this blog's homepage.
This is Miroom based on Android Pie. MiRoom is just another customized version of the original MIUI which has been shipped with Xiaomi smartphones. There are several things in MiRoom which are better than MIUI Global versions. The first and biggest thing is - Advertisement . In MiRoom , you won't see advertisement in system apps of MIUI like in Music, theme manager, downloads etc.
The another plus point of MiRoom is that you can use third party .mtz MIUI themes. Miroom has options for choosing the notification style, i.e MIUI or Android style. There are other more things which you see if you thinking to use it. It has various languages available to choose from.
Where is the Private DNS feature in Miroom ?
With android Pie , we got a Private DNS feature which allows to change our DNS provider to our likings. In MiRoom and maybe in other MIUI Pie Roms, this option is hidden and you can't access it from settings . If you want to use the Private DNS , there is an article on XDA , in which instructions to access Private DNS on MiUI are given.

Fixes
- Theme Manager - Download the apk which I have given in Downloads . Install it, clear data of theme manager and then reboot. You can apply themes now.

How to flash
- 1. Extract the MiRoom-Pie-G5Plus archive , it has twrp backup inside .
- 2. Place that twrp backup in TWRP/BACKUPS/*Device ID*/ here
- 3. Reboot to recovery and Wipe Data/system.
- 4.Restore the TWRP backup.
- 5. Flash Magisk.
- 6. Reboot.
